Technique Analysis
Video analysis: You'll submit videos of your lifts via email, CoachLogik or other apps of your choice, and we will provide detailed feedback on your technique. this allows us to Identify areas for improvement and pinpoint specific areas where you can improve your form, efficiency, and safety.
Personalised cues and drills: You'll receive specific cues and drills to address your individual technique.
Communication: We will be in contact via Zoom call, email and/or CoachLogik and you will have opportunities for questions.
Support
Regular check-ins: We schedule regular check-ins to discuss your progress, address any challenges, and keep you motivated.
Motivation and encouragement: We provide encouragement and motivation to help you stay committed to your training.
